Privacy Policy

We built FramesGame for guys who don't want their face floating around the internet. Our privacy approach reflects that. Here's exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect

• Your uploaded photos. The 5 to 10 photos you upload through the upload form. Stored in a private bucket, accessible only to our backend.
• Your generated photos. The 30 (or 100 with Pro) photoreal photos we produce for you. Stored in a private bucket, accessible only to you (via your dashboard) and our backend.
• Your email address. So we can send you the photos when ready and let you sign in to your dashboard.
• Your setup answers.Vibe, body type, hair, the apps you're on, scene preferences. Used to write the prompts that generate your photos.
• Your Stripe customer ID. So we can process payments and any refunds. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles all of that.
• Basic usage logs. Page visits, errors, dashboard actions. Used to fix bugs and prevent abuse. No third-party analytics tracking your face data.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos: Deleted within 7 days of your generated photos being delivered. Sooner if you delete from your dashboard.
• Generated photos: Kept in your dashboard until you delete them. Deleted within 30 days if you close your account.
• Account info (email, order history):Kept while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account closure, except where we're legally required to retain records (e.g., tax records for purchases — typically 7 years).

Who we share it with

Short answer: nobody, beyond the service providers we need to deliver the product.

• fal.ai / OpenAI — run the AI editing on your uploaded photos. They process your photos to generate the output, then their copies are deleted on their normal schedule.
• Supabase — hosts our database and storage. Your photos sit in private buckets accessible only to our backend.
• Stripe — processes payments. They never receive your photos.
• Resend— sends transactional email (order confirms, photos-ready, sign-in links). They don't receive your photos either.
• Vercel — hosts our website.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your uploaded or generated photos to train any model that anyone else will use.

Your rights

• See what we have on you. Email hello@framesgame.comand we'll send you everything we have associated with your email.
• Delete everything.One-click delete in your dashboard removes your account, every photo, and your upload history. Or email us and we'll do it for you within 7 days.
• Correct or update. Anything wrong? Email us.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for authentication (so you stay signed in) and Stripe's checkout. We don't set third-party advertising cookies. We don't track you across other sites.

Children

FramesGame is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly process data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used our service, email hello@framesgame.comand we'll delete the account immediately.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we'll email account holders. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
