Terms of Service

These are the rules for using FramesGame. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to them. Plain English version below; if anything's unclear, email hello@framesgame.com.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 or older to use FramesGame.
• You must be the person in every photo you upload. You may not upload photos of anyone else, ever, for any reason.
• You may not upload photos of minors. Any account doing so will be terminated and reported to authorities.

What you upload

• You confirm that you own the rights to every photo you upload — you're in them, you took them or had them taken with consent.
• You may not upload images of public figures, celebrities, or anyone who is not you.
• You may not upload photos that depict illegal activity, violence, nudity (your own or anyone else's), or anything intended to deceive or harm.

What we deliver

• Between 30 and 100 AI-generated photoreal images (depending on the pack you purchased), based on your photos and your setup answers.
• Your full pack lands in your email roughly an hour after checkout, sometimes less.
• Generated photos are yours. You can use them on your dating profiles, social profiles, anywhere you want. Personal and commercial use both fine.

What you may not do with the photos

• Use the generated photos to impersonate someone else, defraud anyone, or commit any crime.
• Pass them off as photos of someone other than you. (You're free to call them “photos of me,” because that's what they are. You may not call them “photos of [other person].”)
• Use them to create or distribute deepfakes, sexual content, or defamatory material.

Pricing & payment

• Starter pack: $29 one-time. Pro pack: $49 one-time. Optional fresh shots subscription: $9 per month, cancel anytime.
• Payments processed via Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• The optional subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel from your dashboard. No fees if you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds

Covered separately in our refund policy. Short version: if the photos don't look like you, email us within 7 days and we process a full refund within 24 hours.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or close any account that violates these terms, including but not limited to: uploading someone else's photos, uploading minors, fraudulent payment, or chargeback abuse. We may retain records of terminated accounts to prevent re-registration.

Service availability

FramesGame is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. If a generation job fails for technical reasons, we'll either retry or refund — your call.

Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your use of FramesGame is the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for outcomes on dating apps (matches, replies, relationships) — only for delivering the photos described.

Changes to these terms

If we change anything material, we'll email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts.
